Navero is currently building its service. This website does not accept pet-care bookings or payments and does not provide background checks, insurance coverage, veterinary care, emergency response, or live GPS tracking. Those services will be described only if and when they are confirmed and available.

What to know about Navero and the early-access list.
Is Navero accepting bookings right now?
Not yet. Navero is preparing its service and currently uses this website to share information and collect early-access interest. No booking or payment can be made here.
Where will Navero be available?
Service locations have not been announced. Join the waitlist to receive updates as launch areas are confirmed. Submitting your interest does not guarantee availability in your location.
Are sitters already background checked or insured?
This website does not currently approve sitters or provide booking protection. Before bookings open, Navero will explain any screening process and protection arrangements that are actually in place, including important limits and exclusions.
Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?
No. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not create an account, booking, payment obligation, or service agreement. You can request removal from the list at any time using the Contact form.
What information does the waitlist collect?
The waitlist asks for your email address and role, with optional location and care-interest details. Please do not include sensitive personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details on use, service providers, retention, and privacy requests.
How do I ask a privacy question or delete my information?
Open Contact in the footer and choose “Privacy request.” Include enough information for us to locate your submission, but do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Will Navero send marketing emails?
The waitlist is used for Navero launch and early-access updates. Every promotional email will include an unsubscribe method. You may also ask to be removed through the Contact form.
